Pitch is the thread pitch the tool will generate. Thread depth you will have to work out or find by trial and error. This is...

Terry, it looks like the attachment is missing in your feeds and speeds thread. Could you try re-uploading it.

Dave, for your machine the 'Mach3' post should do the trick.

You would have to set the cut sequence after breaking the drawing.
Are these parts all the same? If so you may be better nesting them in SheetCam rather than in cad.

I don't see any problems with that. It would be pretty easy to modify a post to spit out the correct M8,pause,M9 code when you drill. I have seen a few nailing machines and many use standard air nailers with a solenoid or small pneumatic ram to operate the trigger. They often have multiple guns that...

The line should read like this
refDistance = 0.01 * scale

By the way a refDistance of 0.01 is as near zero as makes no difference. Were you trying to set the switch offset?

Oh, in that case you made a mistake when you edited the post. If you edit the post again and look at the last line you edited you will hopefully see the problem. If not, let me see a copy of the post.

That is odd. Did you reinstall SheetCam or move any files? Go to Options->machine->post processor and re-select your post processor.

The tool paths are the swivel centre line. On corners the tip of the cutter remains stationary while the swivel centre line rotates around it. I know it is a bit difficult to get your head around but try holding the swivel in your hand and replicating that move manually. So what about that 'missing'...
