when you have part in the sheet cam and you accidently rotate it in 3d, the on screen dimensions never come back even if you flatten it out, only way i have found to fix it close program and restart.

thanks for taking the time to provide some light on this. so when i open the sheetcam program (without opening a saved job) there is list of tools on the left under tools. this must the default tool set? anytime i work on a job when i close sheet cam, i get a message that says: Save default tool set...

Seems like i am always missing one of my tools, there is something weird happening with how/where the tools are stored sometimes i have the tool i need, othertimes its gone and i have to re make it if i open a saved project sometimes its there just trying to understand how this part of the software ...

trying to figure out how to correct this about half the time the torch will come down to touch the work and zero using the floating head switch. sometimes it doesn't zero and the torch is too low when it begins to cut, fowling up the consumables how do i ensure that for every cut it will set the z z...

i did end up trying this and when i ran it, it came up with an error about belt speed too high and it wouldn't run. so i have yet to successfully run a peck drilling operation. although i did get the tab feature to work later. I am so lost when it comes to how did the manufacture design their produc...

open paths were not offset See attached picture i am trying to plasma cut out a circle that has some slots around it. i want to outside offset the circle, when it comes around to the slots it jumps over to the other side and cutting the wrong side. simple enough, ill give it a try, not sure why the manufacture suggests it as it causes problems, just tried another cut with it this morning and the tabs feature didnt work either, will try the mach 3 post next time, thanks for your input!
