Using latest TNG version 6.1.19 - Tried adding new tool - cannot change tool name. Simply cannot select text in tool name box. What gives?

6.9.14 Update Says SHeetCam is running
Got a notice to SheetCam TNG Development update available. Downloaded, but says SheetCam running. CLosed sheetcam - went to downloaded file ran from there. Goes thru update but then says SHeetCam running and won't update. Ideas?
