How do I move the lead-in location?

Outside Cut Lead In
I have been trying to process the attached with the work being an inside cut other than the O's middle which is an outside cut. But the lead-in on the center of the O is leading from inside instead of outside. I grouped the outside and inside using Autocad grouping. Any thoughts on the issue?
