You can export to dxf straight from vcarve, you just need to do an export instead of a save

Attached is my completed version of the Masso Ver5 G3 controller with a DHTC and Air Scribe (Multi-Head) PP.

Both versions should accept a dxf, if you a willing to upload your dxf I would be happy to take a look & see if I can help..
