I have a burn every place the curve or the perpendicular line connect with the polygon art from the DXF I am cutting? The burn is a hole in the stock about twice the width of the kerf. Thank. Jeff Tunks

My cut height is set at about .25 inch over my work. My cut height is set to .062 and my peirce height is set to .08. When I change my cut height to .01 to .07 the z height stays the same over the work, about .25 inch.

When I select an arc it cuts the arc fine but it leaves a burn hole when it begins the line I am cutting and then cuts the line fine?

Thanks for telling me my problem. my controller is MP 3500 - DTHC IV. What is turned on and can you give me any ideas how to make any changes so i cut square corners instead of rounded corners?

When ever i cut at over 100 ipm Sheetcam cuts my square corners rounded? the faster i set my ipm the larger the radius? What could i be doing wrong?
