Re: All pierces first?
I'm using the Warprunner post from Warp9. I'm not sure I want to have to switch posts every time, I was hoping there was a solution with in SC. Thanks for the reply.

All pierces first?
I'm using sheetcam and am wanting it to pierce all the lead ins first. That way I can swap to new consumables and clean the top dross from the pierce. This is easy enough with holes using a drill op, but how about the perimeter of parts?

Plunge Safety Clearance
I'm running a ESS & Warp Runner on my plasma table. In sheetcam, I have the rapid clearance in job options set to 2" to avoid tip ups. However, this makes probes take a long time on every cut. On a older table I had CandCNC controller and in Sheetcam I could set the Safety Clearance height ...

Add overcut in tools??
I understand there is an "Overcut" setting in the Operations, but I would like a Overcut setting for each tool. This will let me set overcut lengths for different tools and not have to remember to input them in the Ops. Would I add this by modifying the post?

I'm running a WarpRunner Mach4 v005 post and Warprunner MAch v003 rules. I have certain plasma tools that I want THC turn off for all the time. How would I set this up in SC?
I did post this question over on the Warp9 forum, but no replys.

Post processor for HiCON controller?
I'm looking at getting a Vital Systems HiCON 7866 controller with ArcPro THC. It appears Vital Systems does not have a post processor setup. Is anyone else here using this controller and if so, what post are you using?

Toolset print out?
Is there a way to print out the toolsets? So I can share tool settings with someone who uses a program other than SC?
