I Keep running into issues where customers have selected load from a backup and it wipes out all of the settings we have set for them.. Is there a way to disable this from popping up on the screen?I have been unsuccessful at creating a backup so if i could just get rid of the feature it would be a b...

Had to change the post.ModalText("G01") to post.Text("G01") otherwise it would post it the first time then it would not post it again for the z axis moves.. because the line would start with The f command it would ignore the z axis moves.. but it is working good now ..Thanks

Thanks i didn't even think of the possibility of it not knowing what it did due to Adding that part to the post..Makes perfect sense..Les you are always extremely helpful and knowledgable ..I will be testing it out with these changes and post the results.. Thanks again..

Issues with a milling post processor..

I am having issues with a milling post processor . When doing a pocket it will do the inside part of the pocket but then when it should just move over and cut the outside part it will lift up then try to do the outer cut in mid air.. or say st safe z..This is really a problem when doing letters that...

This one to is messed up right after the tool change.Here is a screen shot of the g code and the problem line is highlighted.I emailed you my post processor .. i keep looking thru the post processor and can't find anything that would cause it to do this

I emailed you my post processor and some gcode samples....The pause would be used to pause the machine untill the consumables have been check and the resume button would need to be pushed to make the machine start cutting again..Maybe something that has variables like pause after ever 10,50,100 cuts...

My machines do not run mach.. they run arduino based controllers that run marlin firmware with repetier host for the driver software.. so it needs @pause for the code to pause it

Adding pauses every so many parts to check consmables?

I am looking for a way to add a pause script to the g code every so many parts or so many pierces. Something that can be done in the post processor and can be changed..It would need to add the @pause script right after the the m5 command .. ....
