Skipping cuts on the same layer?

Good day.
Question...if I have 3 shapes to cut...S1,S2,S3 (attached pic)

Is there a way to skip lets say S2 and only cut S1 and S3? all are one layer.

Put S2 on a different layer and don't program it. to do that, be in contour mode and move the mouse over the contour you want and right click and pick
"Move to New Layer"and give the layer a name.
