wincnc not compatible with Path Rules?

when I try to create a path rule, there is no option to turn thc on or off......not sure where to make a code change, in Sheetcam or in Wincnc?
You need to add code snippets:
S10 (DTHC OFF)
and
S20 (DTHC-ON)
