hole at end of cure

I have a burn every place the curve or the perpendicular line connect with the polygon art from the DXF I am cutting? The burn is a hole in the stock about twice the width of the kerf. Thank. Jeff Tunks

It sounds like you are getting a pause at each place. Have you watched the torch as it's cutting to see if you get a small pause. I wonder if maybe the lines are not all joined, and Sheetcam is seeing them as separate cuts?
