Plugin question

Hello,
i have a question how can i catch the events in Lua for moving replacing deleting parts on table , what is change on table ,and i try to use timer in source code but it doesn't work, you know i need projector plugin and i need these events to make real time projection.
And also do you have more information how i can use SDK ?
