Pierce on a Point acting up

When using the drill operation to mark centers with my plasma it acts up a little.
The first hole references the z axis for thc, then pierces point. The rest of the holes it moves to but then doesn’t fire.
Any ideas? I'll post up most post processor when I'm at my computer.
