Yes, I was tool 7 is a drill. I checked the hole sizes and they were OK. Here's where the problem was. A 3D PDF of the part is attached. I created the original pattern in SolidWorks DWG Editor. This mornng I went back and created a solid model, then created a drawing from which I created a DXF. This one worked so there must be something wrong with the sketch I made in DWG Editor. I'll try to figure it out and post the problem.Hi Steve,
Are you trying to drill with tool 7? If so, the problem is almost undoubtedly the min hole size and/or max hole size in the drilling operation. It will only drill circles that are between those two sizes.
