Attached below is the DXF. I got it working by just restarting the program. I have no idea what was wrong. Basically it was wanting to cut the holes to be both inside and outside the edge of the lines.

I've been using draftsight to draw my files. I exported the files into a DXF and loaded them into sheetcam.
