After importing drawing, setting up operation and running simulation everything runs fine, save job, save part, run post processor and save g/code.close job and save, open same job and get error message (NO HOLES WERE FOUND), this as happened pretty regular over the last 3 years. I use inkscape, it is probably inkscape are photoshop that as created the lines, you need to remove the lines you do not want in inkscape.

From Inkscape use SVG file instead of DXF this will work, I use Inkscape and have trouble when using Dxf from this program to Sheetcam.

Warning: feed rate is zero

I have used Sheetcam for over 12 months with no problems, from this afternoon when I loaded various parts and run Simulation, all I get is (Warning: feed rate is zero) I have tried re-loading Sheetcam, checked my options etc., nothing seems to work.

When optimising the part cut order, this sets the preferred cut order, for instance, if it is set fully towards "H", the optimisation will prefer to move to the part to the left and right, rather than up and down.

Go back into Corel and remove the extra nodes, straighten the lines and turn the point back into a curve, it is all done with the node tool. try Youtube it will show you how on there.

OVER LAPPING LINES (CUT LINES)

In Corel click on Layers, if there are any layers you do not want to use click on the eye, and it will close the layer, if you want to put them all on 1 layer, transfer one to the other, if you want to export them into Sheetcam, do that and and seperate them in Sheetcam into seperate cutting layers,...
